MAC MIR EVIDENCE SUBMISSION DEADLINE DECEMBER

Attention everyone The Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) has been commissioned by the Home Secretary to review the financial requirements of the family immigration rules. 

This includes the ‘minimum income requirement’ (MIR) and ‘adequate maintenance’ (AM) tests applied when sponsoring family members outside the UK. 

As part of the review, they are seeking the views of individuals who wish to respond in a personal capacity or as a representative of an organisation.
