Providing In-state tuition rates to illegal aliens would provide these illegal aliens with aid.  That’s almost too easy to figure out!  Illegal immigrants are in our country, and our communities, illegally.  Also easy to figure out.  Common sense as well as federal law requires that we offer no aid to illegal immigrants.

     However, House Bill H 5425 and Senate Bill S 321, propose to do just that.  Repeat after me, “aiding and abetting illegal aliens is illegal!” 

     Please sign this petition to Senate President, M. Paiva Weed and Senate Majority Leader, Dominic Ruggerio and tell these two powerful senators to let Senate Bill S 0321 die in the Senate Finance Committee or to reject it should it get to the Senate floor for a vote.  Not to do so would be just plain HOGWASH!

     This petition will also be sent to House Speaker Gordon D. Fox and House Majority Leader Nicholas A. Mattiello to tell these two powerful Representatives to let House Bill H 5425 die in the House Finance Committee or to reject it should it get to the House floor for a vote.  Anything other than this would be just plain HOGWASH!
