We are now in 2024 with virtual reality, AI chats and helping with homework, and creating speeches, drones, grocery deliveries, EVs, working from home. Why is this practice still basically as many other things something that law abiding citizens have to do yet most nights there is racing in the streets, potholes, DUIs and uninsured drivers who driver others cars and even unlicensed.   These are the people who need their face to face costumer support.  From my experience the system will definitely flag issues and stop cold from processing new licenses.  At this point I would rather mail in the app for renewal (heck they trust that for voting).  Like they say if you’re not a part of the solution you are part of the problem.  United We Stand!
