Due to overflow of needy cats from the CATastrophe of Harvey, APA has waived all fees for cat adoptions. We are asking to sign this petition to make a mandatory cat adoption law. If you are of financial stability, household safety requirements and currently have no other pets in the home: you will be required to adopt a cat in need.
