Benchmark is back on the agenda for 11/19 at 2 pm.
Proof positive they are selling us out because they decided to meet on this post-election at 2 pm on a workday.
We have a petition of nearly 900 locals who don’t want this in our neighborhood and they schedule this for 2 pm. Shame on them.
Shame on them for not just for selling out their base to an out of state corp, but for doing this at 2 pm on a business day to stymy civil discourse.
What they are doing to Dix Hills Melville is death by 1,000 cuts instead of a sweeping change, they are doing this slowly by design, farm by farm, very sneaky.
These elected officials did this post-election and now meeting at a time where most people are at work.
We are an affluent community and without a fair and open opportunity to discuss this with their constituents it is time to shift our focus and resources on their removal.
