A note about responses

This petition is not an "out" for people wanting to avoid child support payments, it has to do with the fallout from COVID-19. If the paying parent can only make partial payments due to their lost or reduced income MEP will still they will start administrative enforcement, it is an "all or nothing" situation; the debtor is treated the same whether they are making a payment that is 80%, 50% or 0% of the child support order.
