I see girls crying in the bathroom because someone had bullied them or sexualized them.   A large amount of girls have seen this too so we decided to make a difference. We put sticky notes with positive messages around the mirrors to lift girls up, help them through the day, or simply put a smile on there face. It worked! So many people were uplifted by this and had many people supporting it. Until the administration took it down. They said this is school ONLY time for learning, and girls shouldn’t feel this way anyway. We just tried spreading positivity around our school and got shut down before we knew it. We need to get our sticky notes back a lift young teen girls back up one sticky note at a time.
