The recent ruling by this same court opens the very moral and now legal option of the President dissolving the Supreme Court by executive order, reverting their recent decisions back to the courts they were referred from, and establishing a "High Court of Appeal" with five nominees presented by vote of the Federal Judges and the retention voted on by the electorate every two years.
