It doesn't seem likely that Disney will release both seasons of the live-action "Spider-Man" TV series on DVD and/or Blu-Ray in 2017, so the petition's link has been changed so it now asks for the show to be released on DVD and Blu-Ray with no release date set so they can release it any time they want. Of course, the sooner they release the show, the better. After all, what Spider-Man fan wouldn't want to own this brilliant TV show?
