The Residents, Taxpayers, and Voters of Lincoln County Kentucky Respectfully ask the Lincoln County Circuit Court to remove Lincoln County Judge/ Executive Jim Adams Jr., and Lincoln County Magistrates for Immoral conduct,  misuse of State and County Funds appropriated  for Lincoln County animal shelter ,Ethics and, violating Humane shelter laws.
