Right now, animals are waiting—confused, declining in health, and out of time.

The court case over their release remains unresolved, and the judge has urged both parties to work things out. But while the legal process stalls, the animals continue to suffer. Several have already passed away in the facility where they have been held since they were taken in March.

At this time, the legal team has secured the release of 15 dogs, a baby donkey, and a pig. No additional negotiations have been accepted, and many more dogs remain in limbo. They are still seeking placement for some of the remaining dogs as they continue to attempt to negotiate their release. They urgently need reputable rescues willing to step in, especially for dogs with medical needs or trauma from this ordeal. This prolonged civil case has also created $2,500–$5,000 in unexpected attorney fees, stretching resources thin at the worst possible time.
