But I wanted to share this article, on another internet free speech case. In the article Justice Roberts seems to be saying that no reasonable person would think that Justin's comment constituted a true threat. "A reasonable person would interpret the language of kids playing an online game differently from, say, the ranting of a disturbed person waving a gun outside an elementary school."
