Today I had the pleasure of meeting young adults at the Juneteenth event. They plan to run for the next school board positions! I appreciate how they shared their passions and have driven to lead so young and only a few years out of high school.

They listened to what is going on in the community from my lens and validated how it’s no surprise what we’ve experienced. It is sad what’s being allowed to occur in our schools. 

I appreciate each of you.
