I am getting signatures coming in a bit at a time, with now over 600 signatures. I am so mad about the situation and with your help I want to get as many people on board as we can.  I am grateful to all those people who have signed it and shared it. But out of about 640 people only 77 people have shared it. I also wonder but don't know how many have tagged their friends.

The petition is about choice and control for people on NDIS. As a result of the Royal Commission, the NDIA has a new Home and Living assessment team. They have, in my case, and in other cases decided that PWD's who live in SDA funded housing should be moved into a SIL funded 3 bedroom home with 2 other people.

 I live in Victor Harbor SA, and there are no SIL homes here, so they have said they will move me over an hour away to Adelaide or Adelaide Hills. Away from everything I have here. I have had all my choices taken from me. My support coordinator has been funded less than needed to find me somewhere in the next 6mths. 

I don't want to move away, I have my daughter and granddaughters here in Victor. I have family and friends come and stay with me from interstate. I own 2 cockatiels who get out of their cages every day and hang out with us in the loungeroom. That is just the start of a long list of reasons why I don't want my choice of where I live and how I live taken away from me. It is not right and not Australian.
