Thank you to everyone who has signed, shared, and supported our petition. I’m especially grateful to the three anonymous donors who recently helped promote it—your kindness has lifted our spirits.

At this moment, I feel disheartened. In order to address debt left behind in Ireland, I must now sell my car—though even that won’t cover the legal fees that I believe were unjustly imposed during a period of sustained legal and political pressure/abuse. A solicitor involved—who I have formally reported—continues to (years later) withhold our title deeds. Despite my complaints to the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, no investigation or redress has been offered. I was charged nearly €5,000, and years later we were left unable to sell our home. We have now lost two homes, our car, possessions, career, and the security I worked for over many years - effecting not just me, but my children who rely on me for their needs.

My children still ask for their toys and cats and pet turtle. But we had to leave everything behind—our home, our belongings—simply to stay together as a family and avoid separation or imprisonment based on what I assert are falsified state and court records.  The children wish to stay together with their mom, we love each other.

Still, I remain hopeful. The country we are now in is supporting our right to seek protection, and I am actively applying for employment. While we are starting from nothing which is daunting in my mid forties when this arises from a deliberate persecution, my goal remains to care for my children and to rebuild. I hope that one day, their records will be corrected and they will understand that every step I took was to protect them and seek justice—not just for us, but in the hope of accountability.

What is increasingly clear is that the Irish system does not apply justice equally. Those in power—including elected officials and those connected to them who have persecuted me and my children—continue to avoid scrutiny despite all the evidence to prove what they have done, while families like mine are left without remedy or recourse.

It feels like a two-tier system—one where ordinary people can be silenced or destroyed, and another where power protects itself.

I hope Europe proves different. Thank you again for standing with us.

With continued hope,
Rachael a mom and two innocent children destroyed for no reason and denied correction
