This female nursing student, reported me to the Police, I was invited to the Police station for an interview under caution in June 2021, the interview with the Police was video recorded by the office, lasted 1.5 hours. I was allowed to go pending Criminal Prosecution Services( CPS ) investigation to make final decisions.

October 2021, around 14:30, I received a phone call from investigating Police Officer, who confirmed that that CPS has dropped all the charges against me and further confirmed the Police will no longer investigate this matter. The case is closed.

January 2022, I received a letter from a Magistrate Court, that I had been charged with stalking and causing serious alarm and distress to this female student, whom I had never ever met in person. 

Interestingly, she hired a solicitor to take matter further to higher court by challenging the initial decision by CPS  Judge.

February 2022, I attended the Magistrate's Court, the case had been referred to Crown Court.

In the Court case notice, it mentioned all parties to attended, despite the Court's request she failed to turn up, only her legal representative.

Judge ordered the final hearing to be held in September 2022

I am now preparing the case with a legal representative via solicitor.
