It’s been a while since I shared an update, as I’ve been dealing with several serious life events recently. Over the past two weeks, the situation with the Grab and Go store’s awning lights has continued.
It seems that the original electrical issue has been resolved, the new challenge is inconsistency among employees. Some turn the lights off at 9pm as agreed, but others (especially on weekends and every other night) need constant reminders. This has left me repeatedly having to either go to the store myself or ask someone else to remind them. This situation has continued to cause already stressful situations even more so...
It’s clear that the employees have not been given the proper urgency around shutting the lights off at 9pm each night. As a result, the neighborhood continues to experience inconvenience and disruption, and the store appears inconsiderate to the community.
Community/Neighbors, where do I go from here to help ensure that Tompkins Grab and Go consistently turns off the awning lights at 9pm without constant reminders?
Ugggh!!!
