Over the past few weeks it has become apparent to the WARFRAME player-base that the Digital Extremes employee using the handle [DE]Glen is not effective at communicating with the game's player-base. Instead of dialogue and an openness to criticism, [DE]Glen has resorted to abuse of his judicial powers on the WARFRAME official forums and in-game, using his ability to "correct" player behavior as a platform from which to belittle and insult the player-base while simultaneously painting himself as a victim of community abuse.

While [DE]Glen's position as a community disciplinary officer may warrant his application of these judicial powers, his recent behavior appears concerning and wanton, and as such primarily appears to contribute in an overwhelmingly negative fashion to the health and disposition of the WARFRAME community.

For this reason, I petition Digital Extremes to do the following: 

• Temporarily restrict [DE]Glen's ability to engage in dialogue with the player-base on the WARFRAME official forums and in-game chat
• Evaluate [DE]Glen's recent communication with the player base and, should it merit doing so,
• Re-educate [DE]Glen on the duties and expectations of his position, including civility, prior to lifting the temporary restriction on his communication with the player-base.

By doing the above, Digital Extremes will contribute positively to the acute state of community affairs by reducing one easily controlled variable that has recently demonstrated its capacity for introducing virulent negativity into community discourse; Digital Extremes will also contribute positively to long-term affairs by helping ensure that its employees understand the common etiquette that underwrites customer-producer interactions.
