Betroffen ist die Hip Hop Kultur sowie die Kinder- und Jugendarbeit der Landeshauptstadt Hannover und alle damit verbundenen Hip-Hop Angebote und Kooperationspartner. (Workshops, Trainings, Veranstaltungen, Kooperationen mit Schulen, Jugend-Begegnungen und die Stelle des Projektbeauftragen für Hip Hop)

Das heisst auch es gibt kein Rap on Stage, kein Pfingstcamp, kein Break the Rulez, kein Into the Woodz und keine andere Veranstaltung die ihr so aus Hannover kennt!! 

Durch die Streichung sämtlicher Gelder für diese Projekt Bereiche droht der Verlust des Zugangs und der Einflussnahme auf Jugendliche in einer der kritischsten Lebenphasen ihres noch jungen Erwachsenen-Lebens. Jugendliche werden massiv an ihrem Grundrecht auf Bildung und Teilhabe eingeschränkt. Durch die Streichung gibt es keine Gelder mehr für solche Aktionen sowie keinen Ansprechpartner mehr der alles koordiniert.  Ohne Finanzierung keine Koordinationsstelle, keine Möglichkeit der langfristigen Planung. Ohne Gelder auch kein qualifizierte Übungsleiter: Ernst gemeinte Jugendarbeit brauch ernstgemeinte Finanzierung.

Wenn jetzt nichts passiert und wir nicht auf uns aufmerksam machen werden ab 2025 die Gelder gestrichen und wir können nichts mehr in diese Richtung durchführen. Die Jugendlichen können ihren Hobbys nicht mehr nach gehen und die Gefahr ist gross das diese dann auf der Straße rumhängen und zu kriminellen Taten verleitet werden.

Wir müssen unsere Jugend schützen und kämpfen dafür das alles erhalten bleiben kann oder wir zumindest einen Kompromiss finden.

The cuts affect hip-hop culture as well as the children and youth work of the state capital Hannover and all associated hip-hop offerings and cooperation partners (workshops, training sessions, events, collaborations with schools, youth encounters, and the position of the project coordinator for hip-hop).

This also means there will be no Rap on Stage, no Pfingstcamp, no Break the Rulez, no Into the Woodz, and no other event you know from Hannover!!

With the removal of all funds for these project areas, there is a risk of losing access and influence on young people in one of the most critical phases of their young adult lives. Young people are severely restricted in their fundamental right to education and participation. Due to the funding cuts, there will be no more money for such activities and no more contact person to coordinate everything. Without funding, there is no coordination office, no possibility of long-term planning. Without funds, there are also no qualified instructors: sincere youth work requires sincere financing.

If nothing happens now and we do not make ourselves heard, the funds will be cut from 2025 onwards and we will not be able to carry out anything in this direction anymore. The youth will no longer be able to pursue their hobbies, and there is a great risk that they will hang out on the streets and be tempted to commit criminal acts.

We must protect our youth and fight to ensure that everything can be preserved or that we can at least find a compromise.
