In a telephonic conversation with a representative of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the representative claimed that the move most probably won't be approved by HRD Ministry and other steps would be taken to ensure the seats would be given on a wider level than cutting away the internal marks of ICSE students for current year.
