We as the residents of  Haasendal, Kuilsriver, Cape Town, have not been consulted or informed regarding the Hazenhoff flats development on the plot of land bordering the corners of saxdown, kerk and blaauwklippen streets upon the entrance to haasendal. The developers Cleverprop.com and Bond Gallery have not engaged with the residents through any form of communication (digital or print). 

OBJECTION:We the Haasendal Residents hereby Object to the proposed Hazenhoff development on the the corners of Saxdown, Kerk and Blaauwklippen streets upon the entrance to Haasendal Kuilsriver.

We the Haasendal Residents hereby want to register our objection to this development and obtain the necessary acknowledgement of receipt thereof from the respective authorities.

Our concerns with this proposed development relate to the following:

- Increased Traffic flow in an already congested area.

- Privacy violations to surrounding Residents properties.

- Increased in Noise from tenants.
