This is a petition pleading with our lawmakers to care enough about their constituency to develop an Ordinance that mandates every child and their parents who want to drive one of these vehicles to school, MUST successfully pass a safe driving course where they will be taught the state and local laws and best practices to safely drive these vehicles… AND parents will understand they will be held liable if their child, due to their reckless driving, strikes and injures anyone.  We must regulate these vehicles to ensure everyone can enjoy our sidewalks and bike trails without fear of being involved in an accident with one of these vehicles.
