Justice for my son Richard Felipe

The Issue

  • My son Richard Felipe and "friend" had come back from South Beach on May 3rd. 2008, with two girls that  followed them to his friend's house. They were talking...My son and his "friend" outside the girl's car. And the two girls inside their white car.  According to his friend a red car drove by and asked them something and drove away. One minute later another car parked close to them and shot my son, his friend and the girl's car. My son was hit in the chest and died a few minutes later!!! His "friend" was taken to Jackson Trauma Ctr where he survived. The girls drove away running my son over. And later on called 911. Please help me and Detectives find the shooter. It happened at 120 Dunad Ave. In Opa-Locka Fla. May 3rd. 2008. At 3 a.m. in the morning. If you have any information you are urged to call Miami Dade crime stoppers at 305-471-2400. Reward. Completely anonymous.
