UPDATE:
On September 7, Orlando Bishop appeared in court to respond to a petition for a protective order, filed by Carla Crowder, the "sad" owner of the 90 pound Rottweiler she allowed to roam free and kill our 15 pound Maltese-Havanese.

You read that right. The Crowders... the family that has repeatedly allowed dangerous dogs to saunter out of their backyard to wreak havoc on their neighbors' lives... feels that Orlando is the real danger to be addressed.
