Friends and supporters,

You may have seen the recent news: Thomas Sewell, leader of the National Socialist Network (NSN), has been released on bail despite facing serious charges including violent disorder and affray. His release has sparked outrage across the community, with many questioning how someone with such a track record of extremist activity can continue to walk free.

This is not an isolated incident. Other NSN members have been arrested for their part in public demonstrations, and at least one has already been deported. These actions show clearly that authorities recognise the danger posed by this group. Yet Sewell himself remains in Australia, continuing to lead and inspire extremist activity.

That is why our campaign is more urgent than ever. While we continue to call on Ministers to deport Sewell back to New Zealand, we must also recognise that deportation alone may not be enough. If Ministers refuse or fail to act, then the classification of the NSN as a terrorist organisation becomes a critical next step. Doing so would give authorities stronger powers to dismantle this dangerous group and protect our communities from further harm. If an American sitting President can label a far‑left activist group as a terrorist organisation, then it is only logical that a far‑right extremist group should also fall under such designation.

I am also supporting the petition to "classify the National Socialist Network as a terrorist organisation". Together, these campaigns send a clear message: Australians will not tolerate violent extremism, and we expect our leaders to use every tool available to stop it. Go to https://c.org/BgrrhvDCnb and sign the petition.

Please continue to share this petition widely, and consider adding your name to the campaign against the NSN. Every signature strengthens our call for action.

Thank you for standing with me in this fight for safety, justice, and accountability.
