Other correspondence with Council and Government

I have also emailed Brisbane City Council about upgrading the lights at the intersection of Dawson and Newnham Roads. There was another crash there on Wednesday 20th Jan 2021 involving 3 vehicles (one of them my wife's). I have asked for arrow light sequencing to be added for each turning lane to let traffic flow easier. If you've ever tried to turn right into Newnham from Dawson, you know what I'm talking about. The lack of proper light signals at this intersection astounds me...Let's hope the council can use the existing crash data for that intersection to action this change without the need for a petition.
