ENSOGO.COM.PH ONLINE SHOPPING IS A SCAM! Recently we have been hearing of online shoppers purchasing through ensogo.com.ph of which are all PREPAID, but to no avail they never received the items purchased or if they ever received any item then it was FAKE, anyone can read posts made in FACEBOOK, type ENSOGO RIPPED US OFF or visit the ENSOGO official Page wherein you will see many clients and merchants who have expressed their dismay and anger. The fact is that ensogo is a foreign owned company with some local partners and the Philippine Government should NOT ALLOW any person foreign or local to take the hard earned money of the Filipino People. This is just not acceptable. The Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) may not be able to work fast enough by its own, we wish that the other Government Agencies like Senate, Congress, and the NBI may take the necessary steps to summon Directors and Incorporators of Ensogo, I assume the outbreak on social media about what ensogo has done is enough for the Government to act on this issues. Some 2 years back Ensogo was summoned by BIR for failure to pay the correct tax due for several years. Srivorakul and treasurer Xelynne Q. de Lara for failing to remit tax withheld from suppliers and employees, as well as pay tax on compensation and VAT between October 31, 2011 and October 31, 2014." I myself is involved in the retail industry and we make sure our clients get what they pay for with exceptional service and product quality, what people pay should be commensurate to the quality of the item. One cannot offer a substandard or fake item and worst is steal the money without providing delivery of the product purchased. Its high time to encourage others to be ethical sellers and be respective of the CONSUMERS welfare, this is why we have the CONSUMER ACT LAW. (R.A. 7394) We need our Government agencies to act now, enforce the laws which are existing, show the Public that you got our back. Dont let  ENSOGO bully the small SME's Suppliers, Merchants, and Consumers. As all of us has worked hard to make ends meet. No one should deprive us of our Legal and equal rights as a Citizen of the Philippines. We deserve justice for the SCAM that ENSOGO has done which is DELIBERATE and PLANNED beforehand. Their plan was to keep on accepting orders and payments from clients and never fulfill them, in the process take products from merchants without paying them and without any plans of delivering the same. Since we have a STRONG LEADER now in the PHILIPPINES, it is now high time to show these Foreign Abusers that Philippines is no playground. They ougth to be respective of our Laws and abide by them otherwise face the consequences. Consequences in the hands of Hon. Pres. Duterte who has promised his countrymen he will protect and if needed he will die for his country. Lets all join this move to change for the better, we have rights to be protected by LAW, we need the Goverment to ACT, ACT NOW, ACT FAST, PROTECT THE CONSUMERS! Lets call all Government agencies concerned who can help go after ENSOGO.COM.PH and its directors and employees and summon them to answer, payback and face the consequences of their actions.
