Carr's own reference to misleading content from the design team

On the 9th April 2022, the Friends of Tranmere and Droughty Peninsula Inc, received a message from Greg Carr (Developer) referring to an image that we took from the DPZ Skylands presentation, ‘the image is a false representation of the Skylands Masterplan’, referencing a DPZ image of the Droughty Peninsula Skylands development.   

It is clear that our concerns with misleading 'content' that has been previously and currently advertised in the DPZ Skylands propaganda has also been confirmed by the developer himself.  What other lies have been hidden within their proposal to council and to confuse people into supporting such a mega-US style development for the Droughty Peninsula.  

Action is required by all. Please reach out to the Clarence City Council Officers and Aldermen to express your concerns with Skylands.  Let's work together to find a sensible, sustainable and environmentally considered approach for a new structure plan development for Droughty!
