CALL FOR ACTION: RYAN BUNDY HEARING DEC 23

We are calling for volunteers to watch the judge and the prosecutors, to monitor their behavior in this detention hearing. Checklists will be provided to watch for specific behaviors that are illegal and prejudicial to the prisoners. Ryan Bundy, on behalf of all the Nevada political prisoners, challenges the constitutionality of the pre conviction imprisonment and other proceedings of the court. Sadly, we have seen, time and time again, the blatant bias manifested by the judge and prosecutors in supporting each other, with the federal judge consistently granting their federal prosecutors' objections and almost everything they ask for. Cliven Bundy, Ryan's father, has compared the federal courts to a man breaking into your home and violating your family, then when you go to court to obtain justice, the same man who broke into your home, is the presiding judge. The federal system is a closed system, one where they protect each other, scratch each other's backs. To change that, we need witnesses to provide affidavits of improper conduct in court. We need to make a loud noise about the injustices in our justice system, especially at the federal level. Please show up to the hearing and ask for a copy of a checklist.
