PLEASE CONTINUE TO SHARE This is a sworn affidavit by Ryan Bundy of the events for which this petition is being issued. Some of the injustices: 1. Sgt Sanders told him that he had written orders from the US Marshalls for a court hearing. Ryan questioned the hearing as nothing had been scheduled. 2. Once he was with US Marshalls, they admitted to him that there was no court hearing but they were taking him to a secret place to have the bullet removed. The orders given to Sgt Sanders were fraudulent. 3. Ryan was denied the right to consult with his legal team. 4. Sgt Sanders accompanied Ryan to Ammon Bundy's cell and stood by waiting form him to finish speaking with Ammon. As Ryan began walking down the stairs, the unjustified assault began. 5. In spite of all the evidence in support of Ryan, he sits in solitary confinement because the jail staff so willed it and ordered it. REMEMBER, THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU OR A LOVED ONE.
