This is important because this obstructionist stance they have taken is not in the best interest of the United States, its economy or its citizens. They have been sent to Washington, D.C. to govern, and have NOT been governing. They have not been debating issues or concerns and trying to come up with solutions that will benefit the constituents who voted for them, but merely to block ANY aim of the White House and a President who was re-elected by a large majority of the electorate. Holding the United States hostage to their whim amounts to TREASON.
