DCF has been involved in a number of cases where they have done nothing and children have died. DCF will not place the children in a safe place until the investigation is finished. I have a friend that called DCF Several  times and nothing was done. One day he got a call from the Deltona Police Department that the child was dead. The child died in the care of the Mother that was under investigation over twenty times for not taken care of the child and watching him. The poor baby that was just 3 climbed out a window and fell into a pool of  nasty water and drowned. I personally have a DCF case where they are doing nothing to mom. My grandson told the principal at his school and the doctors that Mom and her boyfriend hit him in the head they are doing nothing and making this child go back to her. DCF didn't seem to care what the child had to say even through he had a concussion. Children should be removed and placed somewhere safe until the investigation is completed. We might not have so many children being abused and getting killed for no reason.  HOW COULD ANYONE NOT WANT TO KEEP HER SAFE.
