Day 42 after the end of the urgent interdict hearing.

This week our lawyers wrote to the Deputy Judge President to “most respectfully enquire as to when judgement may be expected in this matter.”

We received a reply today indicating that the Judge “is in the process of finalizing the judgment.”

We hope that means that the decision will be made imminently and, of course, we hope it will be made in our favour.

The ongoing destruction of the living heritage of the open space is continuing unabated as the river is slowly suffocated.
