This is not a teacher issue

Did anyone see the nine news last week? Apparently teachers are the issue with lantite tests. It’s our knowledge on the decline! And according to one principal these tests give a great indication of a teachers ability to teach . I wonder if she was paid to say that!! These tests are far from a good and reliable indication of our ability to teach. Yes they are relevant but they are definitely not a strong indication! They cause a great deal of anxiety because of the lack of information that is provided and there is no consistency in the resources or access to support that learners get.
