The Planning and Zoning hearing was successfully postponed and is now rescheduled.    Thank you to all who supported this first step.

Planning & Zoning Commission:        Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 3:00 pm

Sussex County Council:                       Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:30 pm

These meetings will be held within the Sussex County Council Chambers located at the Sussex County Administrative Building located at: 2 The Circle, Georgetown, Delaware 19947

NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!    Public comments are needed and may be submitted via the following methods.  Please make sure you provide your full name and address for the official records.  Residents of the immediate community will carry more weight, but all are appreciated.  If you e-mail or call, be sure to include CU 2569 (Pivot Energy) for a reference point.
