East Area Plan meeting 10/25 6pm

Friends and Neighbors,

Part of our traffic and congestion issues are a responsibility of the City of Denver's Community Planning and Development [CPD] department. The city is working on a visioning process for the "East Area" which includes a significant part of Park Hill from Colfax to 23rd and Colorado to Quebec [see map below]. I have heard that many of you have been unaware this visioning is in progress because of the "East Area" scope. I urge you to attend the next meeting, request CPD allow the residents to update their comprehensive Park Hill Neighborhood Plan, and address traffic and congestion before they close a motor lane on Colfax, and the additional effects of 6 years of construction on i70 squeezing more traffic through our streets.
