So, the start of another week and the determination to get answers instead of excuses only gets bigger. Another week ahead of co-production consultation ahead. We can only hope that the views being expressed by those that use the Hertswise service will actually be reflected in the Alzheimer's Society's service delivery under the new contract awarded by Hertfordshire County Council. It's a shame, and also pretty disgraceful, that none of the decision makers from Alzheimer's Society have attended the dementia groups and instead choosing to send junior members of staff who are just talking from a script.
We need to keep the pressure on so they know people are watching them and will be holding those responsible for this situation to account.
