We achieved the other amazing milestones of 2000 and 2500, and now we've passed the 2800 signers of our petition.

What's even better is that Škoda have noticed our petition and it's obvious that it doesn't leave them cold (ha, nice pun!). This is the first response we have received from Škoda's communications team in response to how successful our petition has been:

"We have forwarded your message and a request for a statement to our responsible colleagues. We will put their reply under this post as a response as soon as we receive their answer. As most of our colleagues are already on vacation, we expect to receive a response after the Christmas holidays, i.e. in the first week of the new year. We appreciate your understanding. We are following your feedback so actively that we knew about this petition when it only had three votes. And thank you for your support."

I must thank you all very much. When I set up this petition, I did not give it much of a chance and I did not think that it would cause such an overwhelming response. I hope that this pressure will have its effect and that the manufacturer will understand that it's not a good idea to ignore existing customers. ☝️

It's certainly not the best PR, but this is only form of pressure that we need to apply and they have to bear with.
