Good Morning folks, Happy New Year! Many of you know following the petition  this is the year Teamsters contract expires. The UPS Teamsters have been preparing for this contract and are standing strong to take on UPS. The abuse, harassment, excessive overtime, and unsafe working conditions these Teamsters have endured for decades needs to stop. With this upcoming contract ,these are some of the key issues they're fighting for. Please take a few minutes to read the attached article, from The New Yorker to give you some insight of what these Teamsters face everyday. The article is a long read, but is an excellent description of what a daily day is like as a Teamster.  Many thanks to local 804, and their President Vincent Perrone for bringing awareness to the public, for his strong leadership, and courage to take on this Multi-Billion greedy company of UPS.
