It will take you to a prompt "how can I help you" You will need to repeat representative to get a live person. Or, if you prefer you can send an e-mail to custumer.service@ups.com.You could say something like this:

  Hello, I'm a customer of UPS. I'm calling with a message for Carol Tome. I saw the news of the tragic death of 24-year-old Esteban Chevez. The UPS driver died of Heat Stroke while delivering packages on June 25th. 

I'm appalled that you still do NOT air condition your trucks. You, Carol have let yet another employee die on your watch. I am one of 1.2 MILLION petition signers who've signed a petition asking to add A/C to your trucks. Please tell Carol Tome; no more excuses, no more DEATHS.... She has a duty to protect her employees. The world is paying attention.
