Yet this multi-billion dollar company turns their back on their biggest asset essential for their company’growth, their drivers. I found this video posted by a former driver, and thought it might provide a better insight on what its like to work for this company as a driver. While, some pieces appear to be funny, the takeaway message here, is how these drivers have to work timed with every second, with big brother watching, and disciplined for any small mistake.
