The EU Supplement Consultation on Vitamin D and B has been stalled.

The proposal to launch a consultation on MPL's for certain supplements has been put on ice for the time being.   It has been advertised as having been done in error but trade associations were aware of the consultation.  This doesn't add up.  

Meanwhile the herbal safety consultations and the SPS agreement are proceeding unchecked.  

There has still been no response from the Health Committee and there remains a need for reassurance and scrutiny
