Hi everyone,

thanks for your support in trying to get Twitter to ban fake accounts.

After some serious debate online, I do understand the need for some people to have anonymity. I am open to this but I believe they need to have two-factor authentication (i.e. a phone number and e-mail account).

If these accounts are found to harass anyone then they should lose that right though.

Fake accounts are the ones created to troll people. These are the accounts I want Twitter to target and with your help we will make that happen!

Please share the link to this petition on all of your social media accounts again. If you see someone talking about trolls then please link the account.

We are making great progress very quickly. Getting people to sign a petition like this is hard work but we've already been a trending petition so hopefully, we can continue to build momentum.
