The UAE self-styled muslim autocrats have shamelessly violated the core tenets of the United Nations and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) and many others, not least their Islamic Holy Quaran. The UAE plays lip service to international law as it does for its laughable cult practices. It is a harbinger of atrocious acts against innocent individuals and foreign companies. It does this through its autocracy, frequently by allowing and encouraging its tribal elite to steal from whoever, whenever and wherever to never pay any money for their deceitfully gained stolen goods and services because, if, after a long drawn out court case, (for those that cannot afford it just give up), the dictators laugh and dish-out written criminal amnesties to the court convicted criminal tribes to release them from arrest warrants, release them from attachment orders and to never pay back any stolen monies or goods. The dictators steal and launder money so why should the UAE tribes not have the pleasure of doing the same. Knowing that they can steal whatever they want is what gets the spoiled, uneducated, lazy third world UAE so-called muslim national thieves out of bed! The dictators’ amnesties keep coming and coming year after year like candies for school children!! It is rotten, unconscionable and disgusting, it should make your blood run cold. C’est la vie third world dictatorships that the UK government applaud and want more from.
Crimes of this nature are a national sport for young muslim Emiratis to see how much they can steal, how long they can avoid court action or how long they can keep a court case going and then upon the issuance of an Arrest Warrant and Attachment Order for their crimes, they obtain the dictators written amnesties to release them from all liability. The dictators’ amnesties create complete impunity for convicted perpetrators.
The FCDO/UK Government is a United Nations State Party to United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) and is responsible and obligated to administer UNCAC justice and mutual legal assistance requests (MLAs) for individuals, victims, and others, under any and all circumstances where a violation has occurred and been proven, but it does nothing because the controversial rulers of Abu Dhabi and Dubai and other dictatorships have acquired hundreds of major UK companies with illegal laundered money and imposed non-disclosure agreements in return for millions in cash, and not to mention vast estate empires in Britain with laundered money that far exceeds 40,000 hectares (100,000 acres), making them one of the country’s largest landowners, bought with laundered money stolen from their country and the UK government is too scared and too well embellished to throw the dictators out and confiscate the property pursuant to violations of UNCAC; our contacts at the UN say it is “unconscionable” and the ICC says it is “abhorrent”. You can imagine the lengths the UK government will go to, to avoid having to comply with UNCAC and pay trillions of ill-gotten laundered monies into the UN trust fund for victims.
The entire world must know about the sickening ethics of the corrupt Emiratis, encouraged and supported by the odious dictators, with their written criminal amnesties! All the fact-based Court evidence is readily available but still the UK government brushes it under the carpet.
The UK government and the UAE autocrats must be held accountable to deter all such atrocities and to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from conventions, treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained. The United Nations Charter stands for everything that the UAE dictators laugh and spit at, putting at risk everything that the UN and democracy stands for.
Unfortunately, the UK FCDO has become just as unconscionable; it’s called politics and plausible denial.
We have corresponded extensively with the first world UK FCDO, United Nations, International Criminal Court Office of the Prosecution and the International Court of Justice, to assert the available sanctions and restitution for criminal malfeasance in office, crimes against humanity, obstructing justice, dictators’ confiscation of our stolen assets and arrests and removal from office pursuant to the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) for the many crimes and violations. But the UAE dictators have even bough Interpol! We shall keep campaigning; we demand answers from our UK government and a stop to the corruption and damage.
