Just a few months AFTER Chella Phillips pocketed the £295,000 plus the unknown amount in her personal bank account, PayPal and Venmo, she asked her followers to enable her a brand new car. She posted a story about a car wreck, pretending it was her friend using her Facebook account, but the writing style on that post has Chella Phillips’ signature all over it. Not a single picture showing the incident related event, it was a perfect fiction story. 

What kind of person does this thing? Is it ethical?
