Wow what can I say about today…

HUNDREDS of Parents/Children/Staff/Carers/Community Members ALL United together with the Isle of Wight Education Union & Unison for a remarkable protest against the council plans to close down 5 schools on the Isle of Wight.

Our amazing children turned up with creative signs demanding the saviour of their schools. 
My own brave 9yr old daughter got up and spoke out to the entire rally with her microphone in a bid to save her school and her friendships, I am unbelievably proud of her, and my 5yr old daughter for being right there beside with her own sign demanding the council “GET THEIR HANDS OFF HER SCHOOL”

I am super proud of every child who spoke out today and every single person involved for our good cause. Well done!! And as always THANK YOU!!
