Mr. Gulley has repeatedly held his position when questioned that these are all rumors trying to discredit the very people bringing attention to the issue. How can one continue to believe "rumors" when there is a layoff list assembled, proposed buy outs of 11 employees is "possible" which buy outs will NOT result in any more jobs kept. These aren't rumors these are STRATEGIC moves made by a board in the shadows to not  answer to the impending future catastrophe. I have heard from countless individuals about how the plants purpose is to SUPPORT its members and provide electricity to Southern Illinois. I have heard from countless people about the corruptions involved in these dealings and the lack of transparency. It's time for their actions to be owned. We need to contact board members and inform them of our lack of faith in them, the disgust for not having our interest at heart and the utter disappointment for how they have allowed all of this to happen. Que up the domino effect now, anything is possible.
