Demand Timely Municipal Services from GHMC Staff . 
Urge all residents , owners   tenants, family members, colleagues, friends  relatives within GHMC area to sign the petition for the following scenarios around your neighborhood as a tax paying resident , so that this could be kept in front of the CMO :
1. Sweeping of streets - Maintaining  Cleanliness of Roads - Healthy Surroundings. 
Residents are sweeping the roads for ages instead of staff of GHMC, who are recruited and are receiving the remuneration for this job. 
So if they start sweeping the streets, clear the garbage after sweeping, then residents will save a lot a time, energy and money in few cases mostly given to maids . Children exams are going on instead of revising the subjects with kids we are sweeping roads. 
2 . Street lights not Glowing - Senior Citizens - Dimming Vision - Women safety - threat to safe mobility at night. 
Three street lights are not glowing on Road No. 5 entrance near to little Master High School from ages  , grievances raised repeatedly still no action. Strangely the light assembly has gone missing/ Removed / robbed after grievance was raised 
Same is the case with the street light between Road No. 5G and 5H infront of Sacaria uncles home. 
Also one street light on Road No. 8 in front of Chacko Uncle is not glowing from Jan 2025 , grievances raised but still no action and new excuse is light assembly is being arranged. 
3 . Open Plots - Open Dumping grounds. 
Three open plots around Road No. 5G were cleaned still it's filled with filth. Same is case with the open plot on Road No. 8/2 . 
4 . Garbage pile - breeding ground for mosquitoes, stinking roadsides, pollution. 
From Navatha Bakery, Road no. 4 , Anand Nagar Colony to Ketrish Landmark Apartments to Road No. 8 Sri Indraprastha Colony to vasant vihar function hall, you will find garbage on both sides of the road. Same is the case with few roads within our colony itself . GHMC Staff burns the garbage and leave, if this what is to be done then why citizens are penalised for doing the same. 
The tricycle for garbage pickup is hardly seen, so when street sweeping is done the sweeping staff has no vehicle to clear the garbage so they lit a fire and leave. 
5 . Garden - Upkeep, Routine Maintenance. 
Most Gardens in GHMC Area are maintained by GHMC only, Repeated request to GHMC To install a board in the Garden has not seen the day of light  . Instead association funds are being used for these routine maintenance purposes. 
6. CCTV Camera and Speaker - Surveillance , Safety, Identify the residents throwing the garbage. 
Repeated requests to install these at Road No. 5 and Road No. 8, 8/2 is still on papers for such a long duration. 
7 . Plants along roadside - Ground water retention, Lessing the overall heat, fresh air . 
Mostly this is again done by residents, right from planting, barricading, watering, pruning, clearing the garbage after pruning or after daily sweeping. 
Residents are made to use their time, energy and money even for this activity even after paying TAX regularly. 
When we go to a Multiplex to watch a movie, you don't have to clean the toilets after usage and pay additional amount for usage.
But in all the scenarios mentioned above we are clearing the mess instead of those staff who are recruited  and paid for the same pupose by government authorities after collecting the TAX from the residents . Ironically you need to pay up additional amount to the staff to get the things cleared except for a very few dedicated and honest staff.
