The New York  Liquidation Bureau  ( NYLB) use the delaying valid claims tactics in worse manner than any insurance company, they abuse and intentionally cause emotional and psychological distress to claimant with the only interest of discourage claimant and keep their compensation or generates greater profits with the insurance interest. That is a criminal act from NYLB. The only way to stop their corruption and mismanagement is dissolving the NYLB.
