I just want to say thank you to everyone who has signed this petition…but, there have been over 1800 views, one thousand-eight hundred views! That means there have been potentially 1800 people who looked at this petition and chose not to support or participate in helping to stop the opposition from getting away with what they are doing!
take a moment before you bounce off of this petition…consider the people around you, your loved ones, friends…people at the stores you shop at, the staff at the salon you go to, people at the restaurants you go to…your mail person, doctors, dentists, care providers for the elderly…and all those who are at the mercy of “We The People”…the voters who can actually make a difference for the welfare of other people!
You are either part of the solution or you are part of the problem…it is as simple as that! There is no way to stomp out bigotry, racism, prejudice, misogyny, patriarchy, imperialism and hatred unless we all collectively stand together and demand change. There is no easy or nice way to put this this…people are suffering because some of us are not doing anything about it! Racism continues because someone is allowing it to continue! Prejudice and bigotry continue because someone is allowing it to continue! Hatred, misogyny, patriarchy, and imperialism continue because someone is allowing it to continue! Are you allowing millions of people to suffer in all kinds of ways because of your inaction or unwillingness to be a voice and a light for those who do not have a voice?
It is time to stand up…if you say you are not racist…if you say you are not a bigot…if you say you are not prejudice or a misogynist or an imperialist…or if you say you are not being hateful…you are lying to yourself if you can knowingly allow others to suffer at the hands of those who legislate willfully, to prevent the rights and freedom of others.
Truth can be incredibly sobering and painful when applied without kindness and compassion…I share this with you to implore you to reach into your heart to find compassion for others and to stand up for them with me! Thank you!!!
